I am a Realtor in San Diego.  I help people buy and sell homes, condo's and income properties.

Shortly after I joined TFIBN in Santee, I asked Art what I usually ask
people when i'm looking to incorporate them into my "Client Appreciation "Program" or data base.  And that is "if you or a friend or family menberwere looking to buy or sell a home, do you have a Realtor that you would refer them to?"  And if not, I ask if i can put them into my ClientAppreciation Program to nurture the business relationship in an effort toshow a person how I work and to gain their confidence in referring me totheir friends or family.

The point is this...If your going to spend $99.00 a year to join TFIBN,
make sure that you are willing to dedicate the time and energy to be atevery meeting every week as much as possible.

As a member of Friends In Business, I bought a dental insurance policy from another member of this group, Adam Sheldon, broker, Golden Egg Insurance Services.
 
And, I was amazed by the fact that with this policy, I saved 90% on my dental bill.  What would have been a $7,000 bill was reduced to $700, cash out of my pocket.  This made getting this service much more comfortable.
